Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days.

Domestic Shipping (Australia) We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $150 AUD. Orders under $150 AUD are subject to a standard shipping fee calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary by location but are typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping We ship worldwide! International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country — these are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by DSYRE ACTIVE.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery.
